The CBAM default value for Hydrogen from Saudi Arabia is 13.45 tCO2e per tonne of total embedded emissions in 2026, under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2621, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1740.
