Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 3, 2026
We want CBAM Defaultsto stay fast, free to reference, and useful. This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed.
You may
- Look up and reference the default values for your own compliance work.
- Use the export within your organisation — reports, cost models, supplier data requests, internal analysis.
- Use the free templates and calculator as part of your own process.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, or publish the export dataset (in whole or substantial part) as a competing product or public data feed.
- Scrape or automate access to the site in a way that degrades it for others, or circumvent any access controls.
- Present the data as official, or as legal or compliance advice, or in any way that misrepresents its source.
- Use the site or data for any unlawful purpose.
Enforcement
We may restrict or revoke access, and the export licence, for use that breaches this policy. The underlying EU values are public and remain free to look up here page by page.
