The CBAM Default Values export is a digital product delivered instantly. We still want you to be satisfied with it.

14-day refund

If the export isn't what you needed, email us within 14 daysof purchase and we'll refund it — no complicated conditions. Because the file is delivered immediately, we may ask a quick question about what didn't fit, so we can improve it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@cbamdefaults.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order or receipt reference. Refunds are issued by Creem, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
