What's inside
An Excel workbook (.xlsx) plus a flat .csv. The workbook has a methodology/README sheet, one all-values sheet, and a sheet per sector so you can work a single sector at a time. Every column you need to filter, pivot, and join:

Every EU correction for 12 months is included: the workbook is rebuilt from the current values on each download, so when the Commission amends the annex you download the corrected edition from the same link.
Provenance is baked in: the README cites Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/2621, as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1740 and the review date, so the file is defensible when it lands in a report.

The export is the complete set, cleaned and joined into one analysis-ready file. It is an informational republication, not legal advice — confirm against the official regulation before filing.
What do I actually get?

How fresh is it?
The values track Implementing Reg (EU) 2025/2621 (as amended) (published 31 Jul 2026, last reviewed 10 Aug 2026). When the EU adopts a new default-values file, the export is updated.
What happens when the EU corrects the values again?
Your download link stays valid for 12 months and the file is rebuilt from the current values every time you use it. The 31 July 2026 correction (Regulation (EU) 2026/1740) reached existing buyers this way. Nothing to re-buy.
